很久沒到過鴨寮街。趁著今天到鴨記﹐掃貨之後慕名到飛鷹餐廳鋸扒。
沒聽過飛鷹的話﹐至少有聽過金鳳或金雀吧﹖（為什麼店名總是跟鳥有關﹖）店就開在在深水埗荔枝角道近南昌街﹐晚上沒多少行人。推門進去﹐不得了﹗全店滿座﹗店小二唯有將小弟安置在水吧附近一張尾檯。入門之前其實已看過門口的餐牌﹐即時點了羅宋湯和黑椒西冷。
暖暖的餐包隨即送到。餐包跟西柚差不多大﹐吃極也吃不完。跟着送來羅宋湯。羅宋湯本身很難有什麼驚喜﹐不過這裡的做得不錯﹐有一種令人回甘的酸與微辣。沒多久﹐鐵板黑椒西冷登場。鐵板夠熱﹐吃到最後一口扒還是燙的﹐但不會熱得把汁彈得一桌都是。西冷扒是吃過的港式西餐之中最大塊﹑最厚身的。吃下去﹐肉好象有用蘇打處理過﹐不過可能因為肉比較厚身﹐中層的肉較有肉味和質感。
來飛鷹鋸扒﹐除了想試試牛扒的味道外﹐其實最想追尋的是另一種感覺（味道本來就是感覺的一種）。當時全店已經滿座﹐可以看到一家五口坐在四人卡位﹐外加一張椅子。小女孩身穿Elmo﹐小男孩（小女孩口中的“細佬”）穿咸蛋超人。他們都在捧著差不多有他們的頭那麼大的餐包在咬﹐一臉滿足的表情。我忽然想起﹐在酒店內吃自助餐的小孩﹐他們好象大多都在四處跑﹐從來沒有看過他們吃得那麼津津有味。
我當時想﹐當他們長大之後﹐應該還會記得小時候一家人星期六去餐廳吃大餐吧﹖就象小弟記得很多年前﹐第一次在餐廳吃五道菜的聖誕大餐﹐第一次點雜果賓治喝（當時覺得很威）﹐第一次吃得過飽而“食滯”了。
後記﹕跟同事們到樂意吃飯﹐午餐內也有羅宋湯﹐味道跟飛鷹的差得遠。當然牛扒的肉還是樂意的好。

同事問有冇興趣去睇《Lam and Teresa》。咁另類﹐梗係去啦!
位置不錯﹐在正面。舞台設計簡單（其實有點兒老套）﹐為一心形圍繞著樂隊在中央。不過不要緊﹐聽他們演唱才是主菜。歌﹐唱得真的好﹐沒話可說。比較特別的是嘉賓居然是盧冠廷﹐還在場大肆宣傳環保。由頭都尾﹐唱足三小時。
之後跟年紀小一點的朋友說去了看這演唱會時﹐他們會說﹕『林子祥﹖我好象聽過… 不過杜麗莎是誰﹖』。之間的代溝﹐立竿見影。

I haven’t been to many classical concerts. The one we went last night was pretty good in terms of performance, choice of pieces, atmophere, seating and value. (Thanks Jasy~~)
One thing I didn’t realise was the side-effect of low ticket price – it attracts quite a few pre-adolescent audiences. Some of them, especially the one sitting next to me, have been quite unsettled throughout the course of the concert. With the inferior metal pipe connected seats in HKAPA’s Concert Hall, every time he shifts his weight or changes his sitting posture (the rate is about once every 10 seconds) it feels like a kicks in my spine.
I can’t help myself to think – if the ticket was selling for $300 instead of $60, would it get rid of all these annoying kids? (I know it makes me sound like a tyrant) Perhaps that’s why there are consumers willing to pay a relatively large premium for slightly better goods and services, just to filter out certain participants.
